Programme: RIA–ELWA Highway Reconstruction and Expansion Project
President Weah broke ground for the planned 45-kilometre, four-lane Roberts International Airport–ELWA highway in February 2020. The Ministry of Public Works reported on 14 June 2023 that asphalt pavement had commenced, beginning from the ELWA side of the corridor toward Disco Hill in Margibi County. The project remained under construction after the administration left office. This record therefore documents project launch and pavement works during 2020–2023 and does not present the highway as completed during the term.
